49 f here. I have a degree in English Lit and try and dress like a Ralph Lauren/St. John catalog. I use "dude" all the time to this day.

I wouldn't use it in a professional environment, but definitely use it when talking within my close social circle.

"Dude" just fits so many situations perfectly.

Dude!!!= its been 10 years since we last met.

I found out on Saturday, and i’m less than 5 weeks. We’ve been dating for exactly one year. There was a mishap at the beginning of May, and the plan b didn’t work. I’ve only told him, and my roommate (reluctantly) but otherwise I’ll probably take this to my grave because all of my friends hate him, and i’d rather perish than tell my parents that I’m seeing a man the same age as them. I’m not feeling any strong emotions about it, but I feel really weird. Mostly just grateful that I live in a state where abortion is legal. My appointment is on Friday.

I've had Prime for years and mostly used Prime Music for podcasts because it was included. Just got an email saying they're adding ads and removing downloads unless I upgrade to Music Unlimited.

Maybe I'm old-fashioned, but paying for a subscription and then being told I need another subscription to keep the features I already had is getting a little ridiculous.
