Buffy The Vampire Slayer

I am not generally a fan of David Boreanaz's turn as Angel, but the arc where he reverts to the soulless Angelus in season 2 is an exception. Boreanaz is REALLY good at portraying this charming sadist, and I think its his best work. For such a silly show, Angelus waking up after taking Buffy's virginity and implying she's bad at sex is a really grounded act of cruelty, and Boreanaz plays the scene perfectly.

Mighty Morphin Power Rangers

So there's an episode where Kimberly gets captured by Goldar and I think he tries to brainwash her but it doesn't work for some reason, but the point is that Kimberly's actress Amy Jo Johnson gets to do an impression of Rita Repulsa. She is SHOCKINGLY good at this, even as a kid I remember thinking that it must have been something they put in the show because they realized the actress could do this impression.

Star Wars

Can I just say Ian Mcdiarmid as Sheev Palpetine on the whole? Especially in Episode 3, Palps delights in causing violence and pain and there's something so weirdly endearing about how excited he gets whenever he gets to cut loose and do sith shit.

I should have taken 50% profit yesterday , got burned. Fuck SPCE. Exited with 60% loss instead.

I don't really enjoy baking. Following recipes exactly and regulating oven temperatures stresses me out a bit, so I usually stick to cooking.

I was just telling my friend how the 3 reallyyy reallyyy ripe bananas on my counter were staring into my soul every time I walked past, practically begging me to use them. She gave me a simple chewy brownie recipe, so today I decided to give it a try.

I decorated them before baking and was thinking, "Aww, these little brownie faces are actually turning out kind of cute!"

Guys, I didn't realise that you're supposed to put the decorations on after baking.

I'm absolutely screaming at the outcome. 👁️👄👁️ I guess I'll be eating these melted victims of the oven.

I just wanted to share my stupid, funny beginner baking mistake. I'm happy these little brownie trolls made some of you laugh and brightened your day. I'm glad I could be part of your laughs today! 😂

For those of you who asked for the SIMPLE recipe, here it is:

3 ripe bananas

2 eggs

5 tbsp cacao powder

½ tsp baking powder

1 tbsp protein powder

Bake at 200°C (392°F) for 25 minutes.

And yes... it is a simple recipe that I somehow managed to butcher. 😅
